Read aloud one wish.
1. Reveal beliefs from the zone of resistance. Finishing sentences:
What's stopping me?
I was told that...
What belief prevents the realization of desire?
It does not happen that…
I can't just take it and...
I need (I have to)...
I cannot...
I don't believe that...
Without ... I ...
With (having) I...
Friends, you write everything in a row, clearly not in one phrase. It may start with your words, some phrases may not be suitable.
2. Now we reduce the list of the resulting to one to seven especially charged beliefs. And we analyze them in a list:
When did I decide?
What was I?
Who told me this?
So what?!
Where in life is this useful or true?
For whom and when is it not?
Why do I hold on to this belief? For who and what?
What happens if I change it?
What will happen if I change it?
What will happen if I don't change it?
What positive message can I draw from this belief?
Again, we continue as long as it takes.
3. Now we transform the belief and integrate the new one:
Start with a word or formulate it in a way that concerns you.
Positively and without exceptions.
Try to explain to someone.
Realistically, realizing that you can do more than you expect from yourself, but the mind takes time.
Don't just flip the belief exactly the opposite. It can become completely different, most importantly, it should touch your soul.
For example: A man will not love me, can be turned into I choose what I want. Or I don’t know how to earn that kind of money in myself, I appreciate it and I habitually achieve big goals, etc.
Check: A good belief gives you a sense of peace, relief, and contact with power.
Let's move on to the next wish!
In fact, you can get from one to 13 negative beliefs and their transformation for all desires. Because a lot will be repeated.
4. Then rank those negative beliefs that you processed in writing or intuitively into the 4 patterns of contact difficulty.
Attention, we are talking about contact in general: with people, your needs, yourself, will, God and the Universe, etc.

-I can't hear Yes
And step by step be aware in your life and go beyond the pattern, first in the small, then in the big.
